The Philippines is one of our major cooperation areas, where we have built many projects, including steel structure plant, warehouse, multi-storey steel structure house, apartment, hotel, chicken coop and so on. Located in the Philippines, the project is a multi-storey steel building.
Concept of Light steel Structure Residence System Light steel structure residence is a residential building composed of economic steel profile members as load-bearing framework and light wall materials as enclosure structure. Economic steel profile members include cold-formed sections, hot-rolled or welded H-beams, T-beams, welded or seamless steel tubes and their combination members; Lightweight wall materials include profiled steel plate and its composite plate, PC board, autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete board (ALC board), straw board and other lightweight materials with light weight, good heat preservation, fire insulation, waterproof and durable performance.
Compared with the traditional residential structure, the light steel structure residential has its own advantages and disadvantages, its advantages mainly include:
1) the architectural space layout is flexible, can well meet the requirements of the building function of residents.
2) Light steel material has high strength, light weight, good plasticity and toughness, and outstanding seismic performance. This is a very important advantage in the realization of large span beam, high-rise buildings, earthquake ground, area, especially in the construction of high intensity earthquake area.
3) Safe and convenient production, short construction period. The light steel structure can be prefabricated, cut, drilled and assembled in the factory, and then sent to the construction site. In this way, the construction quality is easier to control. In the site as long as some parts with bolts, rivets locked or welding, you can complete the assembly work, to avoid the concrete work, and concrete structure of the construction of the demolition of the tedious process, thus shortening the construction cycle.
